Early each
morning
our Artisan baker makes bread in the Farm Shop’s bakery using
organic flour and traditional methods to produce a delicious range
of handcrafted rolls and loaves including traditional white, malted
6 seed, wholemeal, spelt, sourdough, olive bread, fruit breads,
baguettes and more. Our breads are simply made using flour, yeast and water. We do not use any modern preservatives, additives or artificial flavourings. We leave the dough to ferment for a long time making the wheat more digestible, so improving your diet naturally. Our homemade fresh bread is for sale in the Farm Shop daily and is also used in the café to make the best sandwiches and paninis.
